Q: I’m unable to download private YouTube videos since I did an update. Before the update it was working.
I was using Surfshark 2 Video Downloader correctly to download private YouTube videos, but after updating to the latest version, it no longer allows me to do so and shows the following message:
"Failed to parse the URL. Please log in to the website from the private panel and try again, or provide a valid URL."
I have logged in again, downloaded the latest version of the app, and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. Could you please help me resolve this? Thank you very much.

Please delete the folder Chromium to see if you can download YouTube videos.
Windows: C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\NablaMind\SurFast Video Downloader\Chromium
Mac: /Users/xxxxx/Library/Application\ Support/NablaMind/SurFast\ Video\ Downloader/Chromium (xxxxx is your Mac username)
