Q: The program does not respond after being opened.
Since I updated the version, sometimes the program doesn't respond when I start it. What could be the possible reasons?

I have the same problem cant eve reach your site cause its not loading I bought the product directly from your site. Saw that its on App Sumo as well I sent an email the software is not responding at all on my laptop. Installed uninstalled numerous times and it still the same issue.
