Support contacted me and provided some instructions as to how to fix the problem.
At this moment, it appears that it is working fine again. Thanks for the follow up.
Joined a few days ago. At the beginning, the software seemed to work just fine.
Lately, I get this message: "Failid to parse the URL. ..." most of the times. Not happy with the software performance.
Contacted support 3 working days ago but no response yet.
Let me know how to fix this before asking for refund.

Fast, simple, and effective
SurFast Video Downloader is a speedy and reliable video downloader without fluff. I like the option to set different resolutions which helps to save drive space, while still having the option to go up to 1080p if needed. Being able to do multiple downloads at once is also a huge time saver. It would be nice if we could deactivate a device on our own instead of having to contact support to do it and maybe a 4k option at some point.
