SurFast Video Downloader is a speedy and reliable video downloader without fluff. I like the option to set different resolutions which helps to save drive space, while still having the option to go up to 1080p if needed. Being able to do multiple downloads at once is also a huge time saver. It would be nice if we could deactivate a device on our own instead of having to contact support to do it and maybe a 4k option at some point. However, overall SurFast video downloader is simple, fast, and effective tool that gets the job done.

SurFast isn’t just a video downloader -it’s a time machine disguised as software. It helps me create and manage content at the speed of light (seriously, I’m halfway convinced it runs on warp drive). Whether I'm grabbing clips for edits, gathering research material, or just trying to keep up with content demands, this thing delivers fast, smooth, and flawlessly.

The best part? The support team. These folks don’t just answer tickets, they go on quests. They genuinely listen to feedback, giving good advices and fix things like digital ninjas, and are constantly improving the tool based on what we users actually need. I’ve seen customer service before, but this is more like customer care.

I haven’t even scratched the surface of all the features, there’s so much packed in, it’s like a Swiss army knife for content creators. But from what I’ve tested so far? It’s an easy five tachos (yes, that’s a thing now), and then some.

I would like to say that Surfast is a great video downloader. They are always actively updating it to ensure any bugs or issues are immediately fixed. Customer service is very responsive and helpful.

I had an issue where I was getting errors while downloading. The customer service team worked with me for four days straight to resolve the problem. They guided me through navigating my folders and correcting certain pathways. They walked me through everything without any lapse in conversation or assistance.

I would recommend picking this up as it's a great lifetime deal and the customer service is stellar. I am looking forward to seeing how this service will grow and I am fully supportive of it. It's an amazing deal from an amazing company that deserves much love, respect, and success.

I purschased this software to be able to download clips for projects.

The issue is the software download clips in .MKV format which then require additional software to convert your new clips to be able to work in Premiere Pro. This just a no go for me...

I will say the quality of the downloaded media is good, software is easy to use... But to not get media in .MP4 or .MOV is makes it useless for me.
