Q: CRM and tests for school

1) I saw that there was no CRM or direct integration with a CRM system with Surveyed yet, but is it possible to extract or downlaod the users credentials (name, surname, email and phonenumber) via CSV or pdf? Because if i am doing reviews it is maybe important to sent them afterwards an email back to thank you the clients or to do a newsletter via another software.
2) i have a small agency but also i am a schoolteacher, is possible to via surveyed make a test or make exams and include video's , pictures in the questions that I ask to the students?
3) In tier 3 there are 100 surveys/month. If for this month 100 surveys/reviews are active, does it mean that i have for the next month 0 surveys, or do i get next month another 100 new surveys, So i have 100 surveys active and 100 new ones?

1. Downloading User Credentials
Currently, we don’t have a feature in production to directly download user credentials (name, email, phone number, etc.) as a CSV or PDF. I sincerely apologize for this limitation. However, we truly appreciate your suggestion! We're actively working on a feature to make responses downloadable in PDF format, and we’ll ensure that functionality extends to exporting user credentials in CSV, Excel, or PDF in the near future.

2. Creating Tests or Exams with Videos and Pictures
Yes, it’s possible to include videos and pictures in your questions! While we don’t currently have a dedicated upload feature for images and videos in questions, the question text box supports HTML content. You can embed videos or images by inserting the appropriate HTML code, and they will render perfectly in the survey. This makes it a flexible tool for creating engaging tests or exams for your students.

3. Survey Limits in Tier 3
I apologize for any confusion! In Tier 3, the "100 surveys/month" refers specifically to the number of new surveys you can create each month. This limit applies to all tiers, ensuring that the active surveys you've created in previous months remain unaffected. For every new month, you'll receive an additional allowance of surveys based on your tier, enabling you to continue creating fresh surveys while keeping your existing ones active.
