Q: Review

It is not clear how feedback can also be displayed for non-customers. As far as I can see, it is just a survey software, of which there are already many, and it is not possible to display it on websites. Or am I wrong?

Thank you for your thoughtful question. I completely understand where you're coming from—it may not seem clear at first, but we do indeed provide a way to showcase feedback directly on your website.

This is made possible through testimonial plugins. Here's how it works:

1. Navigate to the Testimonials Dashboard by clicking "Testimonials" in the left-side menu in main dashboard.

2. Click the "New Testimonial" button to create a testimonial-type survey. Add your questions and share the survey link with the people whose feedback you’d like to collect.

3. Once you start receiving responses, go to the survey's Details Page by clicking the green "Details" button below the basic survey scores.

4. In the Contributor Tab, you'll see individual responses. For each response, you’ll find an option to "Include in Feedback Scroll". Simply toggle this option to include the response in your website's display.

5. Next, visit the Plugin Tab within the Details Page. Here, you’ll find various plugins designed to showcase feedback on your website, including:
a. Wall of Love
b. Testimonial Slider
These plugins come with multiple design options and customizable color schemes to match your website’s branding. You can preview the plugin on the right side and, once satisfied, copy the generated script to embed directly into your website—no coding required!

Additionally, you can include responses from other types of surveys, forms, or even incident reports by toggling the "Add to Testimonial" switch on individual responses.

Ok, I've now bought Tier 1. But the only language supported is English, as far as I can see.
