Not working + non existent support
Sorry but this is my experience so far.
I bought at level 3. Set up my first survey manually. Spent time working through learning / creating questions and pressing save after each new segment. I had to attend to something so I pressed cancel (after multiple saves) to return to the preceding menu page. The result that all of my saved work was gone with no warning.
Redid everything, as before but navigated out by pressing the home key on the left menu. The survey was showing as active.
Followed the link and was welcomed by a splash screen that says "Surveyed - AI based video reviews made easy" - Well (a) I am not doing a video reviews and (b) not happy at this being my welcome screen.
That aside, the user has to press skip to move past the surveyed advert but pressing it does nothing.
Checked support documentation and ended on the support page to 'contact an expert', did that and nothing for nearly 24hrs.
I did pose an operational question in hte same way a few days before and didn't get a reply to that either.
So sorry guys, It might be a tasty taco if it is working, but for me it's currently useless and buggy.
