A: I believe this is happening if you are using an ending with Dynamic Content that is looking for at least one answer to provide a custom ending. You can provide an alternative copy for this in the Dynamic Content instructions, but we can also explore a better default approach as well to make this easier.

A: We automatically translate those elements to the detected browser language when taking the survey, but we'll add an item to our roadmap to allow custom labels for those elements as well. Appreciate the suggestion!

A: Thanks for the question! We automatically translate the survey navigation elements and labels into 10 different languages as well as provide custom labels that you can provide as well. If there is a language that is missing, we can work on adding the translations for those as well.

One note: Our dashboard for creating and analyzing surveys is still English only, but have an item on our...

Q: Feedback on Surveynoodle’s UI/UX

- Layout responsiveness: on wider screens, the survey elements appear scattered and leave large blank spaces.
- Cursor travel distance: currently, there is a significant gap between the answer choices and the navigation buttons. This forces users to move their cursor too far, which can be frustrating.
- Visual hierarchy and spacing: some elements seem misaligned or spaced inconsistently. Improving the hierarchy—such as using clear section headers, consistent padding, and alignment—would make the interface more intuitive and appealing.
- Readability and focus: on a wide monitor, the text and interactive elements appear “lost” on the screen.
- Immediate fixes: a quick solution might be to center the content within a fixed-width container and place the navigation buttons closer to the question area.

A: Oh my! We have some work to do for wide screens it seems! Really appreciate the feedback and suggestions and the team and I plan to address them today and tomorrow. Thanks for taking the time to share!

Just to follow up - we've already made some adjustments for the survey view on wide screens to offer better alignment/padding and set a max width for the content.

Q: Any options for alternate data storage location?

Hello. I've tested out SurveyNoodle and I'm liking it a lot so far. I use my survey tools for educational surveys, and the one requirement we have is for all collected student data to be stored in Canada. Is there any way for the user to change the location of data storage?

This might be a long shot, but I know other tools (like SurveyMonkey) allow us to choose where the data is stored, so it would be great if it was possible here. Thanks!

A: Thx for the question, and glad you are liking the platform so far! We don't currently allow an option for Canada data storage unfortunately.
