A: Thanks for the question! We automatically translate the survey navigation elements and labels into 10 different languages as well as provide custom labels that you can provide as well. If there is a language that is missing, we can work on adding the translations for those as well.

One note: Our dashboard for creating and analyzing surveys is still English only, but have an item on our roadmap to provide translations there as well.
