Q: Can we put send and contact caps on the workspaces?
I'd like to put client X into one of the workspaces (and then help them manage their marketing automation.) But I want to be able to enforce limits of sends, AI credits, and contacts in that subaccount so they don't gobble up the contacts / AI credits / sends of my other accounts. Is it possible (or will it be possible soon) to put hard limits on these shared resources in each workspace?

Sorry but this is not possible currently. As a general recommendation I would suggest getting a separate license for each client you want to onboard, even though each workspace can have different business details, domains, own set of contacts, workflows etc. Since CRMs house critical business data like leads & customer information and is something that the business owns and uses, I am not sure if a company will comfortable with the account being owned by a different entity / person. I may be wrong.
On the contrary on Swipe Pages (our landing page builder ), an agency owns the accounts. Its for their use and the customer's eventual use. The customer may own the leads that generated through the campaign, but the work itself is done and owned by the agency there.
