Q: Full Gmail sync?
When I set up Gmail with Swipe One, will all my emails be synchronized, or just the ones I send through Swipe One? Also, will contacts be automatically created in Swipe One for anyone who emails me, and they're not already in my contacts?
UPDATE: I see this question is already asked. And I read that it's not possible.
Maybe it's just me, but I really don't understand who would benefit from this kind of CRM. I mean, a CRM without pipelines and deals, no email sync, and where you can't even add company relations?
I mean, if you can live without that, just use a spreadsheet then.
I use Swipe Pages regularly, and it works very well. I'd love to see a lifetime deal for a good CRM. When I saw this deal, I was briefly excited, but that quickly faded. So unfortunately, I will keep my subscribing to my CRM :)

Jan 16, 2025A: Hi,
Thanks for reaching out. I appreciate your views but here is the other side.
1. We don't think a gmail inbox has to be synced in full. I hate it personally when I have used other CRMs. Not all contacts in there are useful for my business nor or they my prospects or customers. You typically import a ton of junk and unwanted contacts when you just sync your inbox in full. If I wanted the whole inbox I might as well use my gmail. Why see the same thing on my CRM. On my CRM I just want to see the interactions with my prospects and customers. Not be managing my inbox in multiple places.
2. Why should CRMs have Kanban boards all the time. May be you don't see the future yet. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. If something is as simple as a spreadsheet but can help you automate a number of your sales process, thats elegance. That's what small businesses and agile startups need. We know it works, because our entire Sales process for Swipe Pages is managed with Swipe One. That's 10K+ paying customers, thousands of new trials and leads every month. We do outbound sales as well as manage partnerships with creators all on Swipe One. The power comes with segmentations and automations you set up. That's not what you can do on Spreadsheets. You can't send email marketing campaigns from a spreadsheet not get to see a all the touch points a contact has had with you across apps. We built it basis our lean sales processes that has helped us grow our business quickly without too many overheads.
Also we imagine a future that is different to how conventional software works. We see a future with AI Agents and Agentic Workflows. When I can have Workflows with AI Agents that find leads for me, that researches them and their companies, qualifies them and even reaches out to them in a personalized way, respond back to emails etc why would I still need kanban boards or have my whole inbox synced. My AI SDR agent doesn't need to view boards or move cards. It can visualize and act on data directly.
If Salesforce wants to imagine this future and instil a change in large enterprises, whats stopping SMBs.
Well at the end of the day you have your business processes and you will have to use what works best for you. You are not compelled to buy in to our vision.
regards,
Swami

Hi Swami,
I get that Swipe Pages might not deal with projects, so this setup works for you. But for many agencies and businesses, combining deals, tasks, and projects in one system is ideal, and switching between a CRM and a project management tool creates unnecessary friction. AI can simplify processes, but why does it have to replace the ability to track deals visually?
+1
Mr_MjaY...what CRM are you currently using? I was hoping to get a combo deal between Swipe Pages and Swipe One, but if not I'll be forced to consider Close CRM for my use, or even Swipe One if they come out with phone features I need (sms, voice, vm drop, etc)

I'm using Zoho CRM with a Zoho One subscription. I’m still trying to get away from using Zoho One with the LTD offers, but I probably won’t succeed :)

It's a great development philosophy that I can relate to.
I am very interested in how you are using Swipe One to manage CRM for Swipe Pages.
I would like to see a webinar on this.

Update: Pipelines & Deals with a Kanban view is live.
