Like other Sumolings, I am hesitating only due to contact restrictions. I can limit my email usage, but I have over 100K contacts in High Level, so I can't easily move to your platform. Your server requirements to track "unlimited" (which most users won't have over 10k!) should be incrementally minimal, but your sellability skyrockets. BTW, contact limitations have been a thorn for me in many email/crm platforms. I don't think you should only consider this on your $999 plan...At least your $499 plan. And I'll buy!
