Got potential, but needs work
I bought this product on the early Plus plan when the prices were low. I hit various issues and bugs which meant I could not proceed with it (my plan was to replace Brevo and Dynamics with this for Marketing Automation and Transactional emails).
I am giving it 3 tacos because it needs work. However, I believe the team will fix it, it just needs some time to bake, and I agree that AppSumo is the best way to achieve this - find early adopters and fund development to improve the product.
I love the focus on AI Agents and the way there are role-based Agents - I think most software should be using this approach.
There were way to many bugs for me to use it in production, and support were slow to respond, which meant that when I wanted to upgrade to a higher tier after my beta testing the price had increased. The SwipeOne support team were unable to honour the price deal I had before the support delay, so I decided not to proceed and refunded.
I think that in a years time, this will easily be a 5 star product - so the decision will be if you want to pay now and lock in a life-time license versus the risk of it not maturing...

Not what I expected
A first the tool seemed promising. I’ve used Swipe Pages before, so I expected a similar level of quality, but it turned out to be far below my expectations. The tool is a great idea but the support is practically nonexistent. I don’t get how they’re running a campaign on AppSumo while providing such poor customer service.
I tested the email writer agent, and it sent an email without asking for my confirmation first. That’s a big deal, and it took them days to get back to me. On top of that, I see a lot of unanswered reviews, which doesn’t say much about their team.
Honestly, I had high hopes, but I’m leaving disappointed. I think I’ll just request a refund

Great tool for small agencies
Been using Swipe One for a week now and am pleasantly surprised about the platform and its features - it is great for my needs and the team is working daily to add new features. 1- add a team member to be responsible for the lead
2- I can not do an pipline sales to move the lead from stage to another
3- thier no a place to add note for the sales
it is agood tools to replace mail system but not a real CRM
