Not what I expected
A first the tool seemed promising. I’ve used Swipe Pages before, so I expected a similar level of quality, but it turned out to be far below my expectations. The tool is a great idea but the support is practically nonexistent. I don’t get how they’re running a campaign on AppSumo while providing such poor customer service.
I tested the email writer agent, and it sent an email without asking for my confirmation first. That’s a big deal, and it took them days to get back to me. On top of that, I see a lot of unanswered reviews, which doesn’t say much about their team.
Honestly, I had high hopes, but I’m leaving disappointed. I think I’ll just request a refund

I understand your frustration with the email writer agent sending an email without confirmation, and I want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern that caused. I have reviewed your support interaction, and I see that our team responded to your email within 24 hours to explain how the agent currently functions and to suggest alternative approaches.
I also want to address concerns about our support responsiveness to anyone who is reading this comment - We are a small but dedicated team, and we are absolutely committed to providing excellent support to all our customers. The launch of Swipe One on AppSumo has brought a significant surge in inquiries, and we are working around the clock to answer every question as quickly and thoroughly as possible. We are responding to hundreds of inquiries daily, and while we strive for immediate responses, there can be some delays during peak periods.
We have sent close to 1700 responses in the past 1 month just on our support channel. Apart from this we have customers reaching out via AppSumo comments as well as Discord, who are also being attended to.
We are committed to building Swipe One into the best possible CRM and marketing automation platform, and we are constantly working to improve both the product and our support. We are actively addressing bugs, adding new features (as you can see on our public roadmap), and refining existing ones based on user feedback like yours.
While I understand your disappointment, I would be grateful for the opportunity to regain your trust.
