Q: Any possibility to increase the number of signatures?
I find the white-label feature limited to only 1,000 signatures and for that price to be impractical. In my opinion, white-labeling should be a standard offering on this platform, as most successful software launches here have included it across all tiers.
One trend I've noticed is that some founders treat the AppSumo audience as mere customers rather than as early adopters who can help refine their software. The real value goes beyond a one-time payment—having a community of experienced beta testers can elevate the platform to new heights. However, this can't be achieved with overly restrictive limitations.
Would you consider adjusting the feature restrictions to attract a larger group of early adopters who can drive this software's success?

Good to see you here again. We talked over a call about this when we did not have a whitelabel offering. We considered what you suggested and came up with a fully white-label platform that you can use out of the box to sell to your customers right away!
In fact, SyncSignature is the only email signature software in the market with a one-time payment deal that has a whitelabel with no brand mention in the platform, in the code or any of the communications and you can reliably sell it to your customers and charge recurring.
You can set your logo, pick a theme color and even change your favicon. Assign signature limits to clients, can delete signatures when they stop paying to make space to add more.
We have provided generous limits compared to other similar launches. I've seen people purchasing 30 signature pack and getting more than that already by just selling 2 signatures.
I appreciate your thoughts. I would have made adjustments if it were possible from our end but this is a pretty comprehensive platform for agencies with a whitelabel option. We have done the best we could with this. I hope you understand.
I denfinitely second this. I would rather go with a competitor than have such a limitation at that price.

Mehul the same applications you have copied. MySignature, etc. Your are app is not unique or special.
Yes, we had a good conversation, and I appreciate you considering my suggestion. To be honest, white-labeling isn’t a major selling point—it’s a standard feature. In my opinion, it shouldn’t be used to justify questionable pricing, especially when you're still restricting signatures. Your packaging needs to be more appealing than this. I personally think that the 1000 limit is ok financially for the $999 investment, based on standard industry pricing per signature per year. However, there needs to be some fair pricing to increase that limit for agencies/whitelabelers if the 1000 limit is reached. Anything in place or planned?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We already gave it considerable amount of thinking and then concluded over this price. I am sure, you will not find generous limits like these on signature platforms for a one-time cost. We still have not thought of an arrangement after 1000 signatures are used, but by the time it happen, we will have something. I'd love to connect over an email.
