Q: Cannot redeem

I'm still within the redeem period but I cannot redeem my code, instead of one option as instructions have there are 3 plans: 6-12-unlimited.
"After onboarding survey you get sent to the pricing page with one option. Hit stripe checkout screen, apply code and then you get the credits and are off to the races."
I also contacted support. Thanks.
