Q: Email Deliverability

Hey Jason, love the platform and the customisations available, Sent an email as well.

Im having issues with being "unverified" my domain is already warmed up quite well, using Postmark and Loops for years, and while I will continue to use them, my emails never had a problem of being "unverified" or landing in spam before. I have gone through the checks on Tarvent and all my dns records are issued with a green checkmark.. My emails are not spammy and all persons who I have communited in the past from the same email address.

I notice you do not support SPF records, and uses your own, can i not add v=spf1 include:<your domain>~all here to my existing SPF records?

Also I noticed there are not any MX records setup as well, hence my emails are being sent on behalf of instead instead of coming form my domain is that right? let me know

A: This is a question for our support department. Please note that Tarvent cannot be used for Cold Email. The "unverified" is due to not having the correct DNS entries provided in our platform when setting up a sending domain. Please reach out to support or review the sending domain DNS records that you must have.
