Q: Got tier 4 - don't understand benefit of the two higher tiers

Hope is all well with you! Got Tier 4 with I think 72 hours of cloud that I invested after the fact. I now see that you have tier 5 and 6.. What benefits if any do these two additional tiers bring? as I see that if I attempt to upgrade to say tier 6, it is an additional $936.09.. ouch! Thanks! On a different Subject.. I so don't like ( like dispise) the darn sending an e-mail to validate. It does not work, it is HORRIBLE! and so many companies are going to it.. I don't get the validation e-mail.. It sucks!! Having that issue right now with Mailead... so a huge $900 investment that is pretty much useless until that is resolved. I am cancelling some other appsumo deals, because they never resolved it for me.. How hard is it to provide alternatives like plain old passwords and passkeys???

Nov 26, 2024A: Well welcome aboard Stumbling! So with tier 4 you get most of the features you get with the highest tiers except for two. Which is cloud hours. With tier 4, you run automations from your desktop/laptop whereas on tier 5 and 6 you can run them in the cloud (without your laptop being on, essentially). And yeah I can help with that other issue as well. Can you send us a note about the email verification issue to support@mailead.io and we can get to the bottom of that ;)
