Over the last month, I have refunded Taskmagic twice and then rebought. Now I am definitely keeping it and have locked in for Tier 4. A tool like this with unlimited everything and now active pieces integration is a keeper!

If you compare Taskmagic to other automation tools such as Hexomatic, RTILA, Zerowork etc, they are great products but they have a steep learning curve.

Taskmagic on the other hand, is relatively easy once you start putting the puzzle pieces together.

First of all, I want to say how outstanding the team is. They are working religiously to bring updates weekly, communicate with the community, fix bugs, create YouTube videos, and update their knowledge base. They really believe in their product and I and many others do as well. Their motivation, enthusiasm, and momentum are infectious.

I am going to list in a simple way the good and the "What needs work and fixing areas:"

The good:
- Easier to use than other automation tools.
- Epic support team
- Constant updates and bug fixes
- Can pretty much automate anything through the Google Chrome browser.
- Lots of tutorials on YouTube and document support too.
- Some ready made templates to use for social media etc. (Hopefully more in the future)
- Lot's of cool features such as webhooks, activepieces integration soon, google sheets trigger, custom steps, random delays, continue from recording and so much more.
- They now have guided automation which makes it smoother and you create fewer mistakes.
- Scraping has now improved and I hope it receives more updates in the future as it is one of the key features.
- You can have unlimited work spaces for your clients and even their team.
- You can run multiple automation at once depending on the power of your computer.
- Optional Cloud running for a bit more money.
- You can schedule your automation at any time.
- Easy to report requested features and bug fixes.

What needs work:
- They are embracing it but there are multiple bugs. Some are infuriating and some have work arounds. If you don't report them, how will they know? They are working hard to squish them and every few days there seems to be an update.
- Workspaces can be improved on. Once a client has access to an automation, they can pretty much do anything to it and have quite a lot of rights. I would like to be able to restrict those rights so they can only adjust certain settings such as scheduler, google sheets, type area etc. If we sell to clients, they might not want to buy another automation as they can customize the current one.
- It would be great if the "continue from recording" would actually start from that actual page such as "Yellow Pages (dentist- Memphis), instead of starting off with Google. If this is possible.

Most of the bad is just bugs, which I am not listing all of them here.

I truly believe that Taskmagic has a bright future. Don't miss out because other tools like this are harder to use and cost more. Keep up the awesome work :)
