I hope this message finds you well. I am following up on the email I sent earlier regarding an urgent access issue. After modifying the wp-config.php file via a file-management plugin, the site’s SSL configuration was disrupted, and I am no longer able to connect—either via browser or FTP. The project was complete and the domain fully configured before this change.
Could you please advise whether you offer an FTP-access feature or an alternative method to regain server access so that I may restore the wp-config.php file and resolve the SSL issue?
I've already replied to your email and fixed the website to make it accessible, I've also added your prefixed domain to your websites known domains for certificate.
The issue here was that during setup you declared your website name as xyz.com not www.xyz.com and that caused missing certificate for www subdomain.
The support team was extremely fast, and we thank them.
Q: Server Location?
It appears your company is based in Malta/EU, which is good for compliance purposes. It's even better if your the sites that we'd create are hosted on infrastructure managed by an EU-based provider rather than AWS. Could you please confirm if this is the case?
Hi, I came across this interesting deal and had a few quick questions:
1. Does TasteWP support Divi Builder and WooCommerce? 2. Why is the PHP version capped at 8.0? 3. What’s the maximum execution time you currently offer?
1. It's a full-blown WordPress site, do whatever you want on it. 2. When you set up a new site (advanced mode), you can pick a higher PHP version too. 3. Let me check execution time with the developers and get back to you.
If you have follow-up questions, you can always reach us at hi (at) tastewp (dot) com. Thank you!
Hi Nick, thanks for your reply, looking forward to hear from you regarding the execution time, as it is important it support more than 500 for product sync
Thank you ZevsMatic, however we currently only support the maximum execution time as provided by CloudFlare, which is 100 seconds.
Q: staging
how many staging sites one gets per tier? how many subdomains does one get per tier? it is important to have subdomains like a.domain.com for me to think purchasing.
We don't make any difference between "staging sites" and "live sites". We call them expiring sites (free test sites you can set up, and they expire after a few days) and permanent (premium) sites that you can use for any purpose, be it as staging site, or as a live site. As part of this AppSumo deal, you get 3 premium sites per tier. You can have one subdomain...
sorry, i am not yet clear. the 3 or 6 sites you mention per tier are expiring or permanent? in addition to those numbers (per tier), are we having additional expiring sites?
All sites mentioned as part of this AppSumo deal are permanent. Regarding expiring sites, there is no difference to free users: if you're not logged into TasteWP, you can create two temporary sites, and when you're logged in, six.
Q: Hi, I know this is some kind of an "error" or what to call it. But im having an issue with using Malcare
So im using Malcare as my security plugin, but for some reason it flags some of the code or whatever added to the wp install by TasteWP (IS my best explenation).
Could you guys look in to that? I know a lot of Sumolings use Malcare.
Other then that by the way, Im happy with TasteWP so far
A: Thanks a lot Pete for your question! As this is rather technical and not so much pre-sale, maybe could you please contact us at hi (at) tastewp (dot) com? Thank you!

It should be working now :)
