They're regular live WordPress sites, so yes—they are indexable. This also applies to temp/staging sites, though since they're temporary, search engines usually don't find them before they expire. Like with any WordPress (or non-WordPress) site, you can add a noindex tag if you don’t want them to be indexed.

I have seen that your deal is for one year only, but you have locked in renewal pricing for future years which is great to see. However I am wonder as my business grows, can I upgrade to the next tier at the same great appsumo price or if I upgrade after the deal is no longer offered on appsumo if I would have to pay the price as listed on your website. I only need tier one right now, but I am hoping to grow my business and hopefully will need a higher tier in the future.
