Q: File Change Issue

Dear Tastewp Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am following up on the email I sent earlier regarding an urgent access issue. After modifying the wp-config.php file via a file-management plugin, the site’s SSL configuration was disrupted, and I am no longer able to connect—either via browser or FTP. The project was complete and the domain fully configured before this change.

Could you please advise whether you offer an FTP-access feature or an alternative method to regain server access so that I may restore the wp-config.php file and resolve the SSL issue?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A: Thank you for reaching out!

I've already replied to your email and fixed the website to make it accessible, I've also added your prefixed domain to your websites known domains for certificate.

The issue here was that during setup you declared your website name as xyz.com not www.xyz.com and that caused missing certificate for www subdomain.

It should be working now :)
