2. Why the brand change?
3. Your previous deals had more domains (2/4/6), could you please realign?
4. Could you have the tiers align with years? Tier 1=1 year, Tier 2=2 Years, Tier 3=3 Years
5. There are no pricing or cost details on your website; how much for additional domains? Emails per 1,000/5,000/10,000?
Again, thank you for returning. Considering the change to annual plans, the boost in domains may help those that typically have a personal site and mailing list and a handful of customers. Also, we appreciate the offer to renew at the same price annually.
6. Will there be an option to renew at various tiers? For example start with Tier 2 and renew at Tier 1 or 3?
