Q: Data storage and Step by Step execution
Hi!
Since we are partly working with sensitive data, I would like to know whether the data entered into the chatbots are shared or strictly private.
My second question relates to a step-by-step process through which a chatbot should guide the user. Is it possible to instruct a chatbot to first ask a specific question, then briefly respond to the answer (e.g., ask a clarification question), then ask another predefined question, and so on? The questions could, for example, be provided in a document.
