Q: Simple Question

So, if we pay the Sms carrier fees, this is not a twilio replacement.
You give use the app, the saas to manage the process, with limits based on the Tier we buy, but still we must pay for each SMS based on our sim card plan.
Am i correct?

Hello, Am I sending SMS messages through my own carrier or through TextLink? And if I am bringing my own carrier, can I assume that I would be limited to whatever my carrier allows? So I wouldn't be able to set the outbound CallerID, etc.
