The run of show is intuitive and clean. I ran into my first pain point because I only uploaded 3 or 4 contacts to test the features. I did not want to throw my whole contact list at them without knowing if it worked. The problem was when I attempted to add the remaining numbers in my contact list to the previous 3 or 4. It is not yet possible.

A simple email and the team responded saying that they are working on it. I can rock with that.

First off, THis was the EXACT product I was looking for. I needed something that could send messages to phone numbers, where the response comes FROM and TO my phone number. Full stop.

Enter text link and its an absolute win for this. Does exactly as promised. So its already a 5*. But it also has the ability to do a fair bit of customization and integrations which is currently WAY over my head, but hopefully something I can work towards integrating more into the business as we all know customers want instant replys these days.

Couple things that could be better. More documentation on procedure/process/what format items and data need to be in to work successfully.
MMS options would be another incredible win and a huge differentiator from other options. maybe there is a reason why very few (if any) have that option, but I don't know, but i would LOVE that ability for marketing, including Vcards etc.

solid tool for SMS

Confirmed this product does what it says, and easy to config and with the API super easy if your running pabbly, n8n, or another software to send message in and out.

There is other products out there and they are charging $100 USD per month with limits on devices, or taking putting a markup on messages sent.

I have this easily running on a Nokia C02 in Australia, and with the API I've replaced a heap of Twillio numbers and delivery is quick.

And I can see they are working on HighLevel app so this deal is going to get taken up fast as everyone jumps from other products to these guys at this life time deal. I even upgraded to a higher plan to make sure I don't regret not getting enough lol
