Big Promises, Bigger Disappointments
I love the concept of this product; it’s brimming with potential. But without a working admin system and with support that’s as non-existent as my patience, this non-refundable product is a masterclass in frustration. The Slack support channel feels like a ghost town, and the team seems swamped with new users. Honestly, it’s not ready for prime time, let alone the AppSumo platform. Since refunds aren't an option, I’ll just let this product gather dust and hope they eventually deliver on the big promises they marketed. For now, though, I’m left feeling duped and thoroughly unimpressed. My AppSumo credits deserved better.

Getting support feels like yelling into the void. The AI chatbot swoops in like a well-meaning but clueless sidekick, leaving no sign of an actual human to help. Meanwhile, the app demands an "a2P bundle" (whatever that is) with zero explanation on how to fix the issue. And don’t get me started on the settings - everything screams “USA only,” making international users like me feel like an afterthought. Honestly, this product feels ill-equipped for international users.
