Has potential..
I've had experience with Salescloser.ai and that does what this does (save and except for some differences in feature-set, but generally the same thing) and even has an AI that conducts zoom meetings...next level stuff!
✅They get 2 stars for:
- A polished look and feel
- Decent documentation
- UI in intuitive enough
- Buying a phone number and getting a 'thoughtly' (agent) up and running was easy enough
- Outbound capability, though this feature is catching on.
❌They lost 3 stars for:
- Support. If you're coming on appsumo, you have to be ready, no matter what. Support is where the confidence for any product lies. It's extremely important, especially if your product still has some quirks and bugs (which yours has). You pretty much turned off the ability for us to type into the Intercom chat too. In my rating scheme, any company automatically gets 3 stars knocked off for poor support...if the product is extremely polished and works exceptionally without a glitch, there's a chance of 3 stars.
- I had to go through the onboarding step (a couple questions) twice and refresh pages etc to get to the dashboard.
- I can't figure out how to delete a 'connection' so i had to copy a node and and delete the connected one.
- Training says url datasource scrapes the entire site, yet it also states that all subdomains and pages must be added separately...but a decent database (called 'genius') with good sources.
- My credits are being used even while training the bot...that shouldn't be.
- The agent said a few odd words sometimes, paused too long sometimes, cuts in and out sometimes. I solved the 'abrupt end' issue by introducing another node, before the end node and training it a bit.
The tool has potential. I like it. Improve your onsite support and I'll review my rating here. Keep at it.
