I currently book cleints in manually and only offer later slots in the day when the morning slots are booked. Is there a feature to only release later slots when earlier ones are booked amd can this be done with different layers, eg the next session becomes available one at a time.
At the moment we have multiple individual tidycal accounts for team members - and I’ve got a question about upgrading to the agency plan.
What I would like to do is:
1. Set up a booking type for an online sales call meeting 2. Add a single link to our website (“book a call with one of our team”) 3. When the user clicks through to tidycal, they can then book a meeting with any single member of my team with time slots available.
So - they’re able to browse availability from multiple team members, rather than just the one team member like they can on an individual account.

Q: Is there a way to have a client be sent files after they have paid and booked for an appointment?
I often send questionnaires or google forms as check ins for clients, can sending these to the client be automated?

Q: Do you integrate with lopay as a payment method and charging in multiples ?
Also I charge clients for packages of multiple sessions (5-15) is there a way to do this in this system
