That is certainly in horizon, in fact in development. We're building the "Teams features" to enable you invite users to your team/workspace and allow them access to certain bots/agents to manage only what they have access to, including handling Help Desk support, managing knowledge base, setting up lead forms and so forth.

The initial implementation will be slightly basic but will provide a foundation ready for extension for more possibilities.
