PDF files are static, once they are uploaded you cannot change the content of the file, you'll need to re-upload and remove the previous file.

For urls, we'll soon introduce re-crawling/re-scraping based on an interval, like every day/week/month. This is not going to check if something has changed on the url, regardless there was a change or not, per set interval it will automatically refresh the content to keep the knowledge base automatically up to date.
