Q: Can I use it for a Marketplace in wordpress
I have a WordPress marketplace with various types of providers across different industries. Basically, what I want is for users to enter my WhatsApp and ask, for example, "Plumbers in the north area of Los Angeles" or "Recommend a gardener in Round Rock," etc., and for the result to be that specific recommendation.
This is just an example, but the idea is that I want to get responses based on the marketplace.
The other question: Can this be used as an agency, allowing my clients to access this system and view their chats, leads, etc.?

Yes, you can train your chatbot/agent on your website to gather all the content you have, and once your visitor/user asks a question then your content will be used to answer the query in the best possible way.
I think you can already do a quick proof of concept using Tiny Talk. Just sign up for a free account and it should allow you to get a feeling of it. Crawl and scrape your website, add your system prompt, integrate it using WhatsApp and give it a try. Free accounts are limited to 100 free AI messages per month but it should allow you to validate if Tiny Talk is the right product for your use case.
You can also use it as an agency, we have many agency customers who are on high tiers with tens of messengers setup for their customers.
We are currently working on and building the "Teams Features", which will allow you to invite other users and grant them access to only the chatbot/agents they should manage, including their chats, leads, knowledge base etc.
