We don't have any integration with Support Board. I'm not sure you were referring to something we said earlier? When using Tiny Talk you create a chatbot and each chatbot comes with its own knowledge base, integrations. If you setup your WhatsApp integration, your chatbot will reply to all messages coming from WhatsApp or from your web integration.
You can leave the conversation to AI and let it reply using the content of your knowledge base. We also offer a Help Desk, where you can see the conversations (including WhatsApp) as they happen and you can take over the conversation. So basically, from our dashboard you can reply to WhatsApp messages and once you're done, you can hand it back to the AI.

Please keep in mind, you have to bring your own API key for OpenAI. And for WhatsApp integration, you go through the official onboarding flow from Meta, during this flow, you have to provide and verify a phone number that your users will send WhatsApp messages. This phone number has to be dedicated to your business (you cannot use a phone number that is already linked to another WhatsApp client). There is no need for Twilio or Zapier to make the WhatsApp integration.

We only count the replies sent by the AI, when your account exceeds the monthly limit, it stops responding.

We don't offer white-labelling of the Tiny Talk Dashboard. We'll soon provide team features that allows you to invite other members and configure which chatbots they can manage. If you're looking for an affiliate program, reach us out at support@tinytalk.ai
