Tried their demo and was really impressed. Went on to purchase the Tier 3 license from appsumo. But, upon activation, the subscription did not appear in the app and I was not able to use the features
I tried to contact their support - but, their support only has their AI chatbot which did not give me the clear answers.
Somewhere, it suggested me to email billing@todvob.com - the email is bouncing.
Their chatbot also said to check the pages: https://todvob.com/contact https://todvob.com/support
Both are throwing 404.
There is also a link to join discord community on the website. I tried that too. But, it also went to an orphan discord bot (unclaimed account)
Too many red herrings. How can I have confidence in this product with so many issues at every point. Shame it could have been a great product
---------- Follow up on 4th May: Got in touch with product owner and took a second look at the product. It is very promising - but, still a long way to go before it needs to be matured. Having said that, the product owner is promptly responding to the concerns and ready to listen to feedback - which is a big plus. Wish them all the best - but, I believe the product is not for me at present.
