Initially impressed but...

Tried their demo and was really impressed. Went on to purchase the Tier 3 license from appsumo. But, upon activation, the subscription did not appear in the app and I was not able to use the features

I tried to contact their support - but, their support only has their AI chatbot which did not give me the clear answers.

Somewhere, it suggested me to email billing@todvob.com - the email is bouncing.

Their chatbot also said to check the pages:

https://todvob.com/support

Both are throwing 404.

There is also a link to join discord community on the website. I tried that too. But, it also went to an orphan discord bot (unclaimed account)

Too many red herrings. How can I have confidence in this product with so many issues at every point. Shame it could have been a great product

Follow up on 4th May: Got in touch with product owner and took a second look at the product. It is very promising - but, still a long way to go before it needs to be matured. Having said that, the product owner is promptly responding to the concerns and ready to listen to feedback - which is a big plus. Wish them all the best - but, I believe the product is not for me at present.

First, the activation issue was due to a caching error we’ve now identified and are working to fully resolve. It happened when users activated their license while logged into their account, causing a conflict in recognizing the subscription. We’re putting steps in place to prevent this from happening again.

Second, we sincerely apologize for the broken links and the lack of clear support access. That’s absolutely not the experience we want for our users. We've since fixed the chatbot assitant support, and we're also working to improve the chatbot experience so real human help is easier to reach when needed. The issue with the email bounce was happended due to wrong email address which is contact@todvob.com, and we are updating our Discord community setup too.
