Why is it that when I set the customisation colours in the panel they do not appear after saving?

But from my agency account, how do I get into the FUNCTIONS AND INTEGRATIONS options?

*There is a very short character limit for the comments here, so I will write a two-part answer.
1. As the Agency owner, you are able to set up the custom domain for the back and front end for each of your client's sites.
So, there is no need for you to go into that section ( Functions and integrations).
2. The 'Functions and Integrations' section is designed for clients. If you allow them to add their own custom domain (a different domain from the one you set up for them), they will use this section.
