Q: Agency/White label questions
For tier 7 agency accounts:
1) how do sms credits work? I assume clients can buy credits through the software?
2) can we offer free trials and/or a demo on our site? How does that work?
3) are we responsible for all client support or can our clients communicate directly with Trafft?
4) if Trafft offers support for our clients, is that white labeled or do they know who they are communicating with?
5) are there white labeled videos and/or documentation?

1. You can purchase the SMS credits and allocate them between your clients or you can allow them to see the SMS purchase option, in which case they would purchase their own credits, but they would see "Trafft" on the invoice.
2. You have a predefined number of Agency accounts, so you can use one of those as a demo account for presentations.
3. White-label kind of loses its meaning if they were to talk to us, wouldn't you agree? :) So, in short - you're the one who needs to provide support to your clients (and maybe create a new revenue stream for that, as an additional service).
4. Covered in #3 - we don't provide support for agency clients.
5. There are no white-labeled videos or documentation yet. Maybe in the future, but I can't promise that nor provide an ETA.
