Q: Can be a separate Phone Number ID be configured for each agency?
Starting from the Tier 3 package and above, in the WhatsApp Notifications settings, can a separate Phone Number ID be configured for each agency?

Nov 22, 2024A: It kinda has to be.
All features and integrations are a part of the agency accounts you sell to your clients, so if you enable this feature, it will be on each account individually.
Feel free to check out our documentation about this feature (https://trafft.com/docs/integrations/whatsapp-integration/) there are some things to keep in mind. I'll mention the most important ones:
* It requires a business account on Meta (your clients have to create this)
* It requires a new phone number, that's not being used on mobile or desktop app (since Meta's API is kind of weird and if they use an existing number, it will block its use in the app)
* It requires the templates to be configured in Meta's cloud console.
