Q: Can these features/functions be customized?
Have just spent the last few hours setting up 2 "agencies" under Tier 3. So far, so good!
Relatively easy to use and set up, with many great integrations.
But, two questions that are showstoppers/dealbreakers:
(1) How can we create group Services, where the customer books one meeting/Service with multiple people/Employees at once (and checks multiple calendars)?
(2) We certainly don't want people booking based on the virtual location (eg, GMeet vs. Zoom), and usually NOT based on the person, but rather availability (eg, they're booking a 30 minute meeting, and should see all the times. Found the "Booking Form Steps Order" page but Date & Time is locked at #5 in the process, when we'd like it to be #2 or #3. how can this be changed?
