Q: Cost per SMS
I run a therapy practice and looking for something for auto scheduling. How much is each text? If I need to do 40 - 50 text per week.
Also will this allow me to take a deposit for a session in case of a no show?
Also can I use the same schedule on several sites that I run. One for my brick and mortar for local people and one for an online practice I want to develop.

The price per SMS segment (160 Latin characters) depends on the country you're sending messages to. It's cheaper in the US and in Canada than in other countries. Where are you from?

You can use the "Embed" option and post the same booking form on multiple websites, yes.
