Q: How do I add multiple Outlook accounts

Hi, I just bought Plan 1 with 10 features and am evaluating moving from Calendly and Leadmonk to Trafft. I have 6 to so Outlook accounts (Support, Marketing, Main inbox, private Outlook etc). I tried to set up Trafft but it does not seem to support multiple mailboxes of the same type (I also have multiple Gmail accounts - e.g. my personal one and one I share with my partner).

Please confirm if it has this Calendly feature - unfortunately, I will not be able to switch without it as my daily calendar is made up of a lot of different events from different calendars that needs to show as "Not Available for a booking" time. Thanks!

A: We can confirm that Trafft supports linking up to six different Outlook accounts per employee, and you can select multiple calendars from these accounts. These calendars can then be used to block availability in Trafft.

You will also find a YouTube tutorial on the same page, showing a step-by-step process for connecting each employee to up to six different Outlook accounts and multiple calendars. Additionally, an extra option must be enabled to block time slots in Trafft.
