Q: I have 4 questions:
If I purchase from Tier 3 or higher, can I provide booking and appointment services to other agencies, right?
My account is called super admin, while the agency accounts are called admin and employee, correct?
Can I integrate other online payment systems into Trafft?
Does Trafft have a manual payment option (bank transfer or cash)?
Thanks

Nov 22, 2024A: Hi there!
1. The Agency plan is designed primarily for businesses that want to resell Trafft as an online booking solution to their clients, providing each client with their own branded booking system. So, if you're looking to offer online booking tools to different companies as a service, the Agency plan would be ideal. It's meant for your clients, not other agencies (although this is most likely just a terminology "issue" where you're referring to your clients as agencies, right?).
2. Each sub-account is a Tier 2 license so you're basically the provider of the app and they have their own superadmins (owners) who can create other admins and employees.
3. No, only the payment engines included in Trafft can be used.
4. When configuring your clients' company details, they can add a bank account number which will show up on the invoices sent to their customers, so they can also include a note at the bottom of the invoice, to use the bank account to complete the payment.
