Q: Tier 3 Agency Question

Does the (5) agency accounts have their own client portal where they can log in? Also If I set a booking page up for my own services will this subtract from the (5) agency accounts?

Also If we have (3) attorneys at the law firm, can each one have their own calendar for booking? or do we need a seperate agency account for each? Little confusing on how the calendar works with multiple attorneys.

A: Hello,
1. Agency Client Access and Roles :
Yes, each of your Agency clients will have their own separate site/setup, along with access to log in to their own back-end profile/portal, where they will have an Administrator role.
You, as the Superadmin of the entire agency account, will have control over all clients and their respective sites/businesses. Meanwhile, each client will only be able to access and manage their own site/setup/business.

2. Yes, if you set up one Website for your own business with your services - This will subtract from one Agency client/account.

3. Managing a Law Firm with Multiple Attorneys:
You don’t need multiple agency accounts for a single law firm with multiple attorneys. The setup depends on the level of permissions each attorney needs and what they should or shouldn’t be able to see.
If your client (the law firm) will operate as the Administrator, and the attorneys are set up as Employees, the configuration is straightforward:

Each attorney (Employee) will only see their own bookings when they log in to their account on the calendar.
They won’t have access to view other employees’ (attorneys’) bookings.
In this case, you can set up one business as a single website for the law firm client.
The firm will share one calendar, but it can be filtered dynamically. For example, if you create multiple booking forms—one for each attorney—you can pre-select a specific attorney for each form.

In that example, if a customer selects Attorney 1, the booking form will load that attorney’s calendar, showing only their available time slots, and so on for the others.
