Hello, on your website there I see this page where Trafft is pitched as a fitness and gym booking system: https://trafft.com/fitness-and-sports/ Is this simply a positioning of the same platform in your AppSumo deal for that segment, or is that a separate version of your platform? This is very important for me to understand (ie - if you have different versions of the platform) because this fitness scheduling software that you position on this page is exactly what I need. Thank you for any direction on this you can provide.
For tier 7 agency accounts: 1) how do sms credits work? I assume clients can buy credits through the software? 2) can we offer free trials and/or a demo on our site? How does that work? 3) are we responsible for all client support or can our clients communicate directly with Trafft? 4) if Trafft offers support for our clients, is that white labeled or do they know who they are communicating with? 5) are there white labeled videos and/or documentation?
Does the (5) agency accounts have their own client portal where they can log in? Also If I set a booking page up for my own services will this subtract from the (5) agency accounts? Also If we have (3) attorneys at the law firm, can each one have their own calendar for booking? or do we need a seperate agency account for each? Little confusing on how the calendar works with multiple attorneys.
How can I find out exactly how much it would be after the first 200 accounts? "tailored price" does not mean much
