Darn Gem: Easy to Sell WL
Trafft is not new to me, as it has been my appointment booking system. I already have two Tier 5 (20x2) plans before and have upgraded to Tier 7 today. I am one of their avid fans, constantly sending emails (almost daily) for guidance (heheh).
And you know what? Their support is fantastic—shout out to Nikola, who is polite and guides me while correcting multiple bugs and issues in my account. (Cheers Man 🥂)
So why did I upgrade to the max agency plan? Here's what I've discovered that sets them apart from other LTDs:
1. Constant Updates - They deliver on their promises. If I find a bug, it gets fixed promptly.
2. Transparency - They are open about their roadmap and provide weekly updates.
3. Solid Founding Team - They have proven track records with successful exits.
4. Support - Not all LTDs offer fast support, but they deliver it reliably (Nikola 5 tacoos!).
5. Quality - The app is well-built, not clunky, and runs smoothly. They even have a mobile app, with a native White Label mobile app coming soon, which I am eagerly awaiting.
6. Easy to Use - I've tested it with several clients, particularly in the beauty industry—salons and clinics—and they love it.
7. Social Channels - You can verify their traction based on their social media following and engagement (they are particularly active on YouTube with 3.4K followers). I've audited their followers to ensure they're genuine, and they absolutely are.
To cut my lovely experience short, I have repeatedly asked their support if I could upgrade and stack my account with a higher license. Initially, they didn't allow it because the Appsumo license didn't permit it. Now that they have Tier 7, I've upgraded and want to have two stacks for 400 licenses (got 200 now but will upgrade in the incoming days more).
Room for Improvement: The other things I wish they would include are the following:
1. Ability to select multiple services, not just add-ons. For example, in a salon, customers want to be able to multi-select services during the booking process.
2. Search by mobile number or email, not just by name. Currently, appointments are based on names, and since I'm in the Middle East, there are many people with the same name, which makes it difficult to verify the correct customer.
3. CRM - Kanban Board. My customer requested an easy way to display daily/weekly appointments with a drag-and-drop feature to show status such as "in progress," "completed," etc.
4. Mobile App. The current app is not white-labeled. This is a crucial aspect of my offer, but if they find out it's from Trafft—the one I'm selling—they might switch to Trafft, causing me to lose my hard-earned customers.
5. Knowledge Base Link (Agency Owner) - From the perspective of 400 license owners, I would like an additional link in the sidebar that redirects users to my knowledge base, where they can watch tutorials on how to use the app.
Again! Best investment ever! ♥
