Hey there! Love your product. Especially, the possibilty to create recordings from YouTube or Apple Podcast URLs. Unfortunately, today I had mostly failed imports. Will this be fixed soon? Thank you, keep up the great work!
I'm having issues where the only version for download is the one with speaker and time stamps. What is the preferred customer support contact method so I can get help to either fix this or get credits to redo this 18 hour recording, which is why I bought the high level tier, but it's not working on the new version 2.
My first account topup was on December 23, just before V2. 1) It was supposed to be for AppSumoTier 1 of 400 minutes but only topped up to 330 minutes. 2) After I added an 18-minute upload (which was under V2) on 12/27/2024, and no other uploads since the topup, why is the dashboard telling me that I need to top up again? 3) In my previous 2 emails directly to the company, the 1st email did not address my concerns properly, and 2nd completely ignored my email. What is going on? The product worked well for my first month in V1, but is not working correctly for me now. I want to give a positive review, but with the customer service results since my account topup and V2, things are a mess for my account. Please respond so that I don't need to request a refund!

I still have lots of minutes. But sometimes, it treats a 1-minute video as 2 hours or only makes a script within 10 seconds...
