Q: When will V2 be fully installed?
I'm having issues where the only version for download is the one with speaker and time stamps. What is the preferred customer support contact method so I can get help to either fix this or get credits to redo this 18 hour recording, which is why I bought the high level tier, but it's not working on the new version 2.
