Q: Why isn't my account working properly?
My first account topup was on December 23, just before V2. 1) It was supposed to be for AppSumoTier 1 of 400 minutes but only topped up to 330 minutes. 2) After I added an 18-minute upload (which was under V2) on 12/27/2024, and no other uploads since the topup, why is the dashboard telling me that I need to top up again? 3) In my previous 2 emails directly to the company, the 1st email did not address my concerns properly, and 2nd completely ignored my email. What is going on? The product worked well for my first month in V1, but is not working correctly for me now. I want to give a positive review, but with the customer service results since my account topup and V2, things are a mess for my account. Please respond so that I don't need to request a refund!
