I purchased this product to download scripts from podcasts and YouTube, but with the latest update, it no longer allows this. The main functionality I bought it for is gone, and now it's full of bugs. The transcriptions are never accurate, especially when I use it in Spanish, which makes it completely useless for my needs. Additionally, all the transcripts I had already generated disappeared, and now it treats me like a new user with no credits. I lost all my work and money! This product does not deliver on its promises and has been a huge disappointment. I do not recommend it.
