Q: Authenticator, Drive, & Send, Limited Access
Purchased Tier 2 and have a few questions
1) Authenticator App– In a previous response, you mentioned it's on the roadmap. Is there an estimated release date? I can’t fully switch from RoboForm until this is live.
2) Drive & Send– They are shown on your site but not in AppSumo tier descriptions. However, it looks like I have access—are they included with the password manager? (If so, consider adding them to the listing—they’re great bonuses!)
3) Storage Limits– If included, what’s the total storage for Drive & Send? Does it vary by tier?
4) Sharing options- Does TC have the option for different security levels of sharing passwords? For example, if I want someone to be able to use a password without seeing all of the details, but just being able to enter it on a website, is that available? Also, can passwords be shared with non TC users?

Thanks a lot for your questions and the great observation! 😊 - Apologies for the delay — we took some time to discuss your point regarding Send&Drive in our team meeting before getting back to you.

You’re absolutely right — this feature is high on our roadmap.
The current plan is to have OTP feature directly integrated into our mobile applications, therefore it will follow the release of our mobile applications for early access in Q3 & OTP feature together with the full public launch for mobile apps in Q4 this year. This will allow you to store and use one-time codes securely from within TransferChain Pass.

Once again, thank you for your observation — but to clarify, TransferChain Drive (which includes file storage, transfer and request capabilities) is a separate product from TransferChain Pass and is not included in this AppSumo deal.
Regarding TransferChain Send (which only offers file transfer), we discussed this internally, and while Send is technically part of the Drive ecosystem, it also functions as a standalone service — even for anonymized (logged-out) users or free plan Drive users with *Very limited* file size limitations.
To enhance usability and provide more day-to-day security tools to our community, we decided to offer access with limited capabilities to TransferChain Send for all TransferChain Pass users, including those from AppSumo. This will be rolling out after the next development sprint.

Since Drive isn’t part of the AppSumo Pass deal, no storage is included, and since Send only features ‘file transfers’ no storage their is needed either.

Yes — TransferChain Pass supports granular sharing permissions ✅
Limited Rights: You can share a password with limited rights, meaning the recipient can autofill and use the password but they cannot see, edit, share, or copy the password.
Full Rights: A user with full rights can use, view, edit, and copy all information related to this item.
For now, password and folder sharing is available within your organization or with other TransferChain Pass users outside your organization, as long as they’re part of the TransferChain ecosystem. You can also set role-based permissions — either Limited or Full rights.
That said, by the end of this year, we’ll be rolling out Secure Password Sharing via Link, which will allow you to share credentials externally (e.g. with clients or non-TransferChain users) in a safe and controlled way. This feature will include expiration settings, usage limits, and optional password protection — similar to the secure file sharing experience already available in TransferChain Drive.
