Q: Unable to add the user

Hi there,

I have been trying to add/invite a user but nothing is happening after sending the invite.
Steps i'm folling:
1. Click on "Add users".
2. Enter the email address, select the role and choose product (defalut one).
3. Click on "Add" button.
4. I can see that user is added but
5. When I refresh I don't see any pending list and no email received.

I tried atleast 30 times yet no luck. Can you share if there is any specift step I'm missing over here...

I encountered this problem several times before realizing that, in addition to clicking the Add button, you must scroll down and press "Send Invite" too. It was so frustrating, they must fix the interface.
