Q: Brought previous AppSumo Deal, do not understand how the upgrade works

Hello Felipe,
I support what you all are doing and do use your app. Glad to see you are back & that you have added features.

I bought your Tier 2 AppSumo deal in Dec 2023. This covers 3 devices.

I'm trying to understand what I would get for upgrading to each of these tiers.
If I buy Tier 1 of this deal which is only for 1 device, do I then get one extra device?
i.e. 3 current + 1 new = 4

If I am interested in the automations and training, then I would need to buy Tier 3. Would I then have 10 + 3 = 13 devices? BTW, this much more than I would ever need.
Am I paying the full price for Tier 3?
I already paid $x for Tier 2. Is there a Tier 2 to Tier 3 upgrade price?
If there is not a lower upgrade price for people who already bought a prior AppSumo deal, then not really sure upgrading at deal full price makes sense.

Triplo AI is available as licenses rather than codes. You can easily upgrade or downgrade between tiers, and Appsumo will adjust your charges based on the difference in cost.

To upgrade/downgrade follow the steps bellow.

1 - Head to the "Products" page of your AppSumo account
Use the "Actions" dropdown menu to the right of your product to select "Change plan"
2 - Review your current plan and click the "Select Tier #" button to view your upgrade/downgrade option(s)
3 - Select your preferred plan and click the "Next: Payment" button
4 - Next, enter your preferred payment method and click the "Next: Review plan" button
5 - There, confirm your current plan, your new selected plan, and the upgrade/downgrade total
6 - Finalize your upgrade/downgrade by clicking the "Confirm change" button!

Philipe, since you are responding so quickly and I need to decide if I am upgrading within the next hours, I have one more question.

If I upgrade, then do I have 60 days to decide if I want to keep the upgrade? I want to try out the trainings and automations to see if they will meet my needs, which is why I am interested in upgrading. Thanks.

AppSumo handles all licensing management. I believe you can downgrade in the same manner as you can request a refund. However, for a definitive answer, it's best to reach out directly to their support team.
